Property Sale Agreement Please note: We can’t  process any application without the following documents: Single Purchaser Must be a South African citizen. - Copy of I.D. Document - Latest payslip - 3 months bank statements (NOTE: Each page MUST be stamped by the bank) * If on commission or over-time, 6 months payslip and 6 months bank statements are required. NB: Please note - if listed on credit bureau, proof of full settlement will be required. - If you are married in COP your partner must sign all the documents, fill in all co-applicant documents, provide a copy of their ID document and a copy of your marriage certificate, even if he or she is not involved in the bond. If your partner is working we need a copy of their latest pay slip and 3 months bank statements. Joint Bond Must be South African citizens; Not more than two people to apply. Both parties must supply the following: - Copy of I.D. Document - 3 years financial statements - 2 years management accounts - 1 year personal bank statements NB: Please note –if listed on credit bureau, proof of full settlement will be required accompanied by your Proof of residence!!
